Customer satisfaction is important to Madda Walabu Seattle. Refund eligibility may vary depending on the service provided.

Services that have been fully completed, including notary services, passport photo services, document preparation assistance, translation services, and application assistance services, are generally non-refundable once delivered.

Refund requests for eligible services must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible.

Madda Walabu Seattle reserves the right to review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and determine eligibility based on the nature of the service provided.
