How It Works

01

Get in touch

Call, walk in, or send the request form below. Tell us what you need help with.

02

We arrange a time

A coordinator confirms an appointment, usually within one working day, and tells you what to bring.

03

We work through it together

We complete the forms with you, in your language, and upload the supporting documents.

04

We follow up

Bring any letters that arrive afterwards and we will read them with you and act on them.
